This is a one day event for Adventist and Non-Adventist Young Adults of a particular region of the Southern New England Conference to connect with Christ and with each other in a full day of Fun, Food, Faith and Fellowship. On this day in question, the Young Adult Ministries Director in the conference will Join with and engage the young adults in an action packed series of events that will leave them inspired, encouraged, motivated, empowered and challenged. The event will be at a church specified, and the day’s activities will include but not limited to the following:

• An Inspiring Young Adult Sabbath school offering different discussion tracks tailored to meet the different needs of the attendees

• A power packed worship service filled with music, testimonies and an energizing and soul searching message form the YA Director

• A grand and sumptuous fellowship lunch/pot luck

• An engaging and open afternoon discussion on the state of young adult ministries in the Seventh-day Adventist church. This discussion will address some of the challenges that young adult grapple with and what is their church doing or not doing to aid their spiritual growth and development in the process. The discussion will end with the documentation of ideas that can strength and improve young adult ministries in both the local churches and the conference, the taking of certain resolutions that will give direction to the future of young adult ministries and the securing of commitment from young adults to become a part of the human resource (leadership, planning, thing tank) team that will drive young adult ministries in the Southern New England Conference.

• A grand culminating social and time of fellowship propose to engage the young adults in a time of energizing activities that range from more relaxed table games to more high energy team building games.
